Translucent Reflections

Our minds are like glass. They reflect what they don’t want to take in and absorb what they like. The reverse is also true, our minds only reflect the thoughts that they have absorbed. It is the substance from which the glass is made of, makes all the difference. It can be a mirror which reflects the truth without hiding anything back or it can be a transparent glass that lets everything go without keeping it for itself. Ideally our minds should be translucently reflective, balancing both reflections and transparency i.e. be honest, truthful and understanding.
